2009

So I was thinking about this today.  2009, how strange.

~On 1/1/2004 I was a Sophomore in College (5 years ago)

~On 1/1/1999 I was a Freshman in High School (10 years ago)

~On 1/1/1994 I was in 5th grade and I had just recently moved to North Carolina (15 years ago)

~On 1/1/1989 I was in KINDERGARTEN (20 years ago!)

That is SO weird.  I guess every January I think back to where I was several years back.  The older I get the more amazing it is to me.  Up until recently I was still in school so it was like 5 years ago I was in school, 10 years ago I was in school, I'm still in school....not much has changed.

Now when I think back I think I was just a kid now I'm a "grown up"...which isn't always fun but everyone has to grow up sometimes.  I don't know if you could pay me to go back to any of those times.  Life is so wonderful, I love my husband and our pets.  I love our house and most days I really like my job.  It's so amazing what God does in our lives.

Make it a wonderful 2009.  Next it will 2010 and you won't be able to write 200 anything anymore!
