So in order to keep up with my resolution I'm going to start where I left off. In August we went to the Mountains with Nick's Dad and family. We had a great time. They rented a cabin and we spent the weekend at Tweetsey Railroad, Grandfather Mountain and Linville Caverns. It was a nice relaxing time and we enjoyed the Mounatins, we had been wanting to go out west for awhile and just hadn't had the chance. Here is a picture I took of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was probably off the back deck of the cabin.

The bear that we could feed. We would toss some food to him and he would catch it. I don't think that was really such a bright idea, makes kids think bears ar fun. Oh well, I had fun. It was a good weekend, hopefully we'll do more trips with them in the future.
