Nothing spectacular to report here. Just maintaining...barely. I'm hoping to get a cleanse done in March to kind of reset my digestive system (this is not to loose weight, I'm happy where I am). When you're as aware as I now am about how you feel when you feel the least bit off it doesn't fee good and a cleanse just kind of resets all that. We'll see if I can work it in to my schedule! I've got everything I need I just need to make sure my schedule is clear of any "eating activities".
